Electric transfer printer mainly consists of rubber head, oil pan, scraper parts, stepless speed regulation, switch (operation/manual), jig lifting platform, etc. Because it does not need the traditional air pump gas source, and adopts the mechanical transmission system of 220V civil power supply and the function of electronic stepless speed change, it greatly reduces the requirements of operation site, operator's proficiency and the speed of the printing products getting off the machine, and shows the advantages of strong stability, controllable precision, low cost, small volume, convenient use and reliable quality.

2. Type of rubber head

The rubber head should have good ink absorption and deinking properties, good resilience and fatigue resistance, good solvent resistance and other properties. The size, shape, softness and hardness of the rubber head are selected according to the prints according to the chart or physical model provided by the supplier, and then a type specification is finalized according to the actual use and service life.

The contact deformation between the head and the offset should be smaller; the diameter of the head is about 3 mm than the typeface; there are more fine lines in the printing and the head should be relatively soft; the extrusion depth between the head and the offset should not exceed 1/3 of the height of the head, otherwise the head will be easily damaged and the pattern will be blurred.

The newly purchased rubber head has a stripping agent on its surface, which is cleaned by dipping the cleaning cloth with ethanol or plate washer before use.

3. Types of Inks

Pad printing ink should consider its transfer performance, drying speed, color concentrating, thinning force and so on.

In this paper, universal ink is used. This type of ink and additives can print character patterns on plastic rubber, metal glass, nylon canvas and other materials. The cost is suitable, the adhesion is good, and the color is ideal. But it is not suitable for PE/PP, baking ceramics and so on. The diluent should be selected according to the pattern, size and adaptability of the prints, and the standard type should be generally chosen.
